From working as a cricket coach I learned how to communicate clearly especially with younger children and I was able to find better ways to explain things to them so they could understand what they needed to do. It also helped me get used to being in a position of responsibility where I had to look out for these children and make sure everything runs smoothly.
As a Temporary Administrator at Suntera it helped me learn good time management skills as I would only have a certain amount of time to complete the task that I needed to do. Since it was also in an enclosed office environment it meant that it has helped me to be able to interact with my colleagues in a friendly but professional way.
My Job at Suntera is to scan In documents and upload them to the computer system so that there is a digital copy of all the paper documents.
I worked at Jersey Cricket for my project trident so I only worked there for 2 weeks. There I was assisting other coaches in going around to different schools and helping them to coach kids cricket. I also had to help the grounds keeper with keeping the grounds tidy and looking smart by having to do small jobs like cutting grass, painting new lines, setting out the boundary rope, etc.
My main skills would be that I am good at being able to work well in a team I have learned lots about teamwork through the army cadet force and has taught me lots about what I need to do to work well in a team
Another one of my skills would be that I am good at being able to communicate to others especially when there's things that need to be done
One of my other skills is that I'm good at problem solving and when there's an issue I'm good at finding a solution
I'm also good with my time management so I won't be late or take too long to complete a task
