Rob Laycock

With over 20 years experience in the NHS and further experience with a non NHS Government Health organisation in Jersey, I have developed extensive skills in working with staff and management (up to and including director level).

Having worked extensively across a number of NHS bodies over the last 15 years in the rostering field, I have built up a wide knowledge base and range of skills in the use of the RLDatix Optima Suite for the effective rostering of staff, and as I have worked with the government of Jersey, over the last 3 years, novel and imaginative ways in using the software in other roster environments, ranging from blue light emergency services to youth clubs.

I am knowledgeable in using the full Microsoft 365 Suite and have recently qualified as a PRAXIS Practitioner, a more holistic approach to project management.
